Pack will include balloons as per drop down box selections, crafting line and 2 straws. Please leave note for colors. Confetti maximum per selection for ex - 8 balloons will have 2 balloons with confetti, 10 balloons will have 2 balloons with confetti, 12 balloons and 14 balloons will have 3 with confetti, 16/18/20 will have 4 balloons with confetti. If no needed confetti please leave note in the text box.

Coming Flat Packed, not inflated. Requires DIY, instructions included. Design and style is totally to your creativity.
