We will close for Holidays on 2nd July 2026 (Orders received before 9am will be despatched the same day). We will reopen on 13th July 2026. Orders received throughout the holiday will be processed and dispatched on Mon, 13th of July when we reopen.

Shipping & returns

Our delivery services start from just £1.80 in the UK – this is 2nd class postage with Royal Mail and it takes between 3-5 days to arrive. 1st class postage with Royal Mail is £2.99 – 2-3 days to arrive. Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail is £7.99 and is 1 working day to arrive. These do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery to all worldwide countries available. Please enter your postcode to view the delivery options available to you. Prices include VAT.

If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, pants, hosiery or wigs.
