This is a hand cut tissue paper tassel by Inspired4u.

Ready do Hang.

This garland coordinates beautifully with our range of tassels.

The garland comes assembled and ready to hang. The tassels can be spread out over the entire length of the rope.

Yields a choice of tassels, please select from drop down the amount needed.

Materials: tissue paper, twine.

For DIY Package:

The tissue paper coming packed as seen in the last photos. Hand cut for you to assemble. 
The package includes 4 gold tissues, 4 hot pink tissues, 4 pacific blue tissues
Please be aware these are hand cut, so each strip differ from each other. 
Twine included 3 meters.
Gold small strips of ribbon.

Instruction how to assemble the garland will be included in package. 
The package will make 12 tassels.

 Please be aware as due to different PC monitors and graphics, colors can slightly vary.
