Package Includes:
When you choose balloon only - you will receive One 36 inch black balloon (can be any other color from the photos attached, but through some of them you can see the confetti. The black balloon is (deflated), coming flat packed.
If you choose balloon with confetti - Pre-filled with pink OR blue confetti, or both, select from drop down box what color of confetti you prefer. IF you don't want the balloon to be filled let us know.
- String for tying up the balloon.

Also the balloon can come with tail tassels 1.20 meters long for each balloon in blue, pink and gold colors (if preferred different please let us know).
Our fringe tail is hand made and hand cut. Can be customized to any colour.

P.S. - be aware, the balloons are fragile, they tend to break easily. We don't accept returns, if the balloon burst when inflated.
